Data collected
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, professional email address, industry sector and message. The server also processes your IP address, in hashed form, for one hour to limit abusive submissions.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Rate limiting relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the site (art. 6(1)(f)). It is not sold and not used for unsolicited prospecting.
Recipients
Only Vival Solutions. Our host and email provider, Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus, EU), processes the data on our behalf.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after at most 12 months. If a contract follows, data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and the legal accounting periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@vival.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site uses a single technical session cookie (PHP session), needed for the site to work. No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own server: no request is sent to third parties when you browse.
